Can I Get Fat On A Low-Carb Diet?

During my fat burning experiment to get a six pack in three months, I was able to explore the effectiveness of a low-carb diet with limited exercise. Looking at the results, it would seem that going low-carb is definitely a great way to go if fat loss is your goal. But as often is the case, things are never quite so simple.
